iTronic offers a wide range of services related to Information Technology and it's associated products. We are aware that every customer has different requirements, and always try and offer a very personal, bespoke service suited to each individuals requirements.
Shaping a package to meet your specific needs is important to ensuring that your business succeeds. Some of our Customers are very computer literate and only want to call us when they have a more technical problem, or when their IT resources are stretched. Other Customers require a more complete level of support and service, needing advice on a more regular basis. In all situations, we try and offer a flexible, complete service, and where possible, explain what we are doing so that the end user gains a better understanding of their own equipment.
We are also flexible on how we charge for our services. Some Companies prefer an hourly rate so they only pay when they actually use our services, other companies prefer a more structured system such as a monthly contract or even a mixture of the two. So that if we are monitoring a system they receive a monthly charge, but for other work they are billed hourly. The choice is yours!!
